Acceptance of Terms
By creating and using a Phans Bio profile, you agree to these Terms of Service:
- •These terms apply to all Phans Bio users, including both free and premium account holders
- •You must be at least 13 years old to create a Phans Bio profile
- •If you're creating a Phans Bio for an organization or brand, you confirm you have the authority to represent them
- •You are responsible for ensuring your Phans Bio content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Profile Management
Users are responsible for maintaining their Phans Bio profiles and related activities:
- •You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
- •Your Phans Bio URL and username must not infringe on others' rights or contain inappropriate content
- •We reserve the right to reclaim inactive premium URLs after 12 months of account inactivity
- •You are solely responsible for all links, content, and media shared through your Phans Bio
Usage Guidelines
When using Phans Bio, you agree to follow these rules:
- •Do not use Phans Bio to promote or link to content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- •Do not attempt to manipulate click metrics or engagement statistics
- •Do not use automated tools to create or manage multiple Phans Bio profiles without our permission
- •Respect other users and do not copy or imitate their Phans Bio designs or content without permission
Content & Customization
Understanding content ownership and customization rights:
- •You retain ownership of your profile content, images, and linked materials
- •By using our custom themes and design tools, you agree not to redistribute or sell them
- •We may feature exemplary Phans Bio profiles in our marketing with proper attribution
- •Premium themes and features remain our intellectual property even when used in your profile
Service Limitations
Understanding our service limitations and availability:
- •Free accounts are limited to basic themes and analytics features
- •We do not guarantee specific click-through rates or engagement metrics
- •Premium features are subject to fair usage policies and reasonable rate limits
- •We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
Updates & Cancellation
We may update our service and terms:
- •We will notify you of significant changes to these terms via email or in-app notification
- •Premium features may change or evolve over time with reasonable notice
- •You can downgrade to a free account or delete your Phans Bio profile at any time
- •Refunds for premium subscriptions are handled according to our refund policy
Staff Application
If you are interested in working for Phans.bio, please make sure you are eligible for the position and qualified for the role.
- •We are always looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team.
- •doxing, doxxing, or any form of harassment is strictly prohibited.
- •You must be at least 13 years old to apply for a staff position.
- •You must be a resident of the United States to apply for a staff position.
- •You must be able to put atleast 10 hours a week into the position.
